Crystal healing goes back to the time where we lived in caves. Crystals are powerhouses and hold energy which we can use to restore balance to all our bodies.

I use crystals in many different ways, not just healing. Crystals can be used in ritual and in crystal grids, Gem Water and Gem Elixier are ways to harness the power of crystals.

My home is filled with crystals, you find them in every room.  By placing the crystal in a specific location the energy in the room is enhanced, increasing the flow of positive energy.

Periodically I make Gem Water and drink this for a couple of days to help my physical body to function better during these energy intense times.

Crystal healing does balance the flow of energy within the body and brings the chakras into perfect harmony. 

The treatment. During the treatment I place and remove crystals which I either place on and around the physical body. You will stay fully dressed. No placing of crystal on private areas.

You may feel me working in your energy field, your aura. Our Auras are our alarm system and absorb energy, like a filter and a sponge at the same time.

During a Crystal healing session I do work within your Aura. The crystals are great in helping with this part of your treatment.

About me

My journey to be my authentic self and living my soul's mission started in 2002.

At that time I was at my lowest. I was totally lost and did not know who I was, nor where I was heading.

Reiki found me and I took a baby step onto the path of self-discovery and deep healing.

Over the years I have explored differnet healing methods and paths to find my voice, my essence and to be my authentic self.

During this time I rebirthed myseld. Transformed my life and the way I live every day.

It was a long journey, with many ups and downs. I went throught the night of the dark soul, and came out the other side a very different woman. I learned that who I thought I had to be was not in alignment in who I was.

Now I am at my best, doing the best I can do. I just be. Not doing - just be.

"Me and my partner had both Booked in for an hour appointment back-to-back.

Anja was so great with us and allowed is to Sit in on one anthers session.

Theknowledge and insight into this world she brings is amazing and we learnt so
