Why I invite you to practice Reiki on yourself
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it is easy to neglect vital self-care practices, of which self-healing through Reiki is a profound component.
Here, I present several compelling reasons why integrating Reiki into your daily routine is essential.
1. Reiki's effects and benefits are cumulative, meaning the more consistently you practise, the better you will feel mentally, physically, and emotionally. Daily Reiki sessions help clear your system of toxins and negative emotional energy, restoring balance even during stressful or challenging times.
2. Regular self-healing with Reiki deepens your understanding of this practice, fostering a sense of control over your well-being. As you become more attuned to the subtle sensations of Reiki, you gain new insights into energy dynamics and your own body and mind, inspiring innovative ways to integrate Reiki into your daily life.
